Student Club/Society Booking

You can request a stall at Freshers' Fair by filling out and submitting the form below. Please note that your placement at the fair is not guaranteed until the booking has been approved by the Fair's organisers, and all payment has been settled.

Stall prices are as follows:

3 tables	£140
4 tables	£300

In addition to the booking fee, you will also need to leave a £45 deposit, to be refunded after the fair. Payment can be made in cash, or as a pair of cheques; one cheque to cover the cost of the booking, and the other for the deposit, which will be destroyed once your problem-free exit from the Fair has been confirmed.

All cheques should be made payable to OSSL Limited.

New: University Open Days

Undergraduate Admissions are looking for clubs and societies to man a stand in the Student Room, at the Open Day Information Centre (Examination Schools), in a mini-Fresher’s Fair style event. Not only will you help visitors gain an insight into student life at Oxford, but you will be provided with the ideal opportunity to fine tune your own plans for the Fresher’s Fair this October. We are looking for participants for the morning, afternoon, or all day – whatever suits you.
